Calgary, AB – Maurice Hurlburt pitched a shutout and Tyler Elgar scored a goal and added an assist to lead the Gridiron/Cdn Casing to a 5-0 pounding over the Fluid Energy at Flames Community Arenas - Red on Sunday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Gridiron/Cdn Casing was Evan Wood, Geoffrey Loftus, Richard Bland, Brian Bouchard each adding single tallies.

Goaltender Peter VanErde surrendered five goals in the loss for the Fluid Energy.

With the victory, the Gridiron/Cdn Casing improve to 1-0-0-0 while the Fluid Energy fall to 0-1-0-0.
