Calgary, AB – Dan Franks scored two goals and added an assist to guide the RigSat to a 9-1 route over the Gridiron/Cdn Casing at Flames Community Arenas - Gold on Tuesday.

Adding markers for the RigSat was Andy Howland with two goals and Alex Halat, Adam Peters, Clayton Young, Steve Bozko and Justin Kaufmann with a goal each. David Grant added two assists. Goaltender Mike Tubbs picked up the win for the RigSat holding the Gridiron/Cdn Casing to a single goal.

Scoring the single marker for the Gridiron/Cdn Casing was and Tyler Elgar, his second of the tournament. Goaltender Maurice Hurlburt surrendered nine goals in the loss for the Gridiron/Cdn Casing.

With the win, the RigSat improve to 2-0-0-0 while the Gridiron/Cdn Casing fall to 1-1-0-0.
